Cybersecurity Scholarships

The SFS grant is ending, and we will not accept any additional applications.

The CS Department seeks applications for the National Science Foundation (NSF) Scholarship for Service (SFS) to develop a superior cybersecurity workforce. The target applicants are full-time graduate students who are entering the MS in Cybersecurity programs.

Application Deadline: The application review process will start on June 1st and will continue until the fellowship is awarded.

CyberCorps®: Scholarship for Service (SFS) benefits:

  • Full tuition and fees
  • $34,000 annual stipend per year
  • Reimbursement up to $6,000 per academic year for SFS Job Fair and other travel, books, professional certifications, etc. related to cybersecurity education
  • Scholarship Duration: Two academic years (four semesters)

 

The scholarship is contingent upon funding.

Two letters of professional recommendation should be emailed on the candidate’s behalf directly to Mrs. Marian Tirri (tirrim@rowan.edu) with the subject “SFS Committee: Recommendation for <student name>”.
